Here are the options and pricing for the Technical Conference. The online registration form is now available. Or you can register by filling out this form and faxing it to the SDR Forum office.

Full Conference Registration

Payment must be received on or before the specified date to receive the early registration discount. A 15% discount is available for organizations sending 4 or more people to SDR'09. To qualify for the group registration discount, the registrations must occur at the same time. This discount does not apply to student rate.

Information for International Visitors:

International visitors to the United States from 'visa waiver' countries must file for travel authorization on-line prior to boarding the aircraft. There is no charge for this service. Cancellation policy:

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to office@sdrforum.org or by fax to +1 303-374-5403. Requests received by November 1st, 2009 will be assessed a $250 processing fee. Requests received from November 1 to November 21, 2009 will be charged 50% of the registration fee. After November 21, 2009, there will be no refunds for cancellations.

Please note that all refunds will be issued in the same format as payment was received. All cancellations will be processed within 30 days of the close of SDR09.

Substitutions within the same organization for the same amount of fee are permissible if advance notice is provided.
