SDR Forum Markets Committee Ballot - Chem Plant Scenario Draft

In accordance with the procedures of the Software Defined Radio Forum, the attached document entitled “SDRF-09-P-0015-V0.5.0 - Chem Plant Scenario Draft” is being announced to principal and alternate representatives and market designates of the SDR Forum for ballot at the Markets Committee level--   one ballot will be allowed per member organization, but all comments will be considered.  

This report published by the Public Safety Special Interest Group is the second in a planned series of reports to be written by the SDR Forum to develop concepts for the application of cognitive radio technology to enhance the communications capabilities of public safety first responders

This document has been approved by the Public Safety Special Interest Group. 

Balloting will end at 23:55 Mountain time on 15 December 2009
