SDR Achievement Awards

Nominations for candidates for the SDR Forum Awards to be presented at the SDR '08 Technical Conference and Product Exposition in November will be accepted until 15 October. Please submit your nominations as soon as possible. Details of the nominating and Awards process are provided here, Nomination form here.

Awards are made in two categories

• The SDR Forum Industry Achievement Award - This award is presented to an individual, or group of individuals, who have made an especially significant contribution to the development, furtherance and/or acceptance of Software Radio Technology. Only one such award is made each year.
• The SDR Forum Contributor Award - This Award is presented to individuals in recognition of their sustained outstanding contributions in support of the SDR Forum and its activities. Only one such award is made each year.

Awards are also made each year to the authors of the top papers from the previous year's Technical Conference, as determined by an independent panel of judges. The list of these papers is available here.
